BUILDERS CONFIDENCE
For the Builders/Contractors that uses us as your log supplier, one of the most important things to remember is that we will NEVER contact YOUR Clients. We leave the client communications up to you. You as the Builder/Contractor are our client. We have streamlined our process so that you the contractor/builder will save money and we can sell logs.

BUILDING

We understand the needs of the homeowner and the builder. Our job is to help you with the following:
  1. Design and review; this is one of the most important parts of the project
    Our design team will gladly work with your Architect(s)
  2. Assistance with homeowner's budget(s)
  3. We offer a pre-built milled log home. That way, your build time on the jobsite is cut by days or weeks.
  4. Assistance in ordering other building materials such as: log screws, M-seal, caulk, stain, from Sashco, structural and/or decorative steel components.
  5. We will help you with delivery and delivery times as a courtesy
Also, there are 4 different options that you can choose from:
  1. RANDOM LOG PACKAGE:
    You tell us how many linear feet, what size log, peel or no peel and how many corners. We mill it to your order; we package it and ship it.
  2. TIMBER PRO LOG HOME SERIES:
    Pre cut log package. You give us the plans and we will get a cut list from our Cad Design Drafting team, mill it to your order, package it and ship it.
  3. FULL DESIGN AND BUILD PACKAGE:
    You send us plans you and your client worked on, we will send it off to our RCM Design team, and they will work with you to get it just the way the homeowner wants. We offer a full line Cad Design and Drafting with a 3-D walk through if you need it. We will mill as ordered, package it, and ship it.
  4. EXECUTIVE LOG HOME SERIES:
    We offer a pre-cut and pre-stacked milled log package. This includes the following.
    • All "J" bolts holes per drilled.
    • All outlets and light switches are drilled and cut out for the outlets and cover plated cut in and sanded, for a very clean finished look.
    • All doors and windows cut in and ready for bucks, beaver tails cut if applicable.
    • Roof systems per built for a quick on site re-assembly.
    • Everything marked, labeled and packaged in reverse so the first log you pick up is the first log you need.
    • As a part of this package all caulk, screws and m-seal are included.
    • Cut in all sheetrock or tongue and groove groves on the interior walls.
    • Per build trusses and other structural components of the log package if applicable.
    • Swept corners per cut, ground and sanded if applicable.
    • Archways cut, if applicable.
    • Cut dado in for second floor tongue and groove on flatten floor joists.
    • Cut in for stair stringers (per assemble log staircase).
    • Built full log roof system if applicable.
    • Provide any job site technical assistance needed.
BUILDING ASSISTANCE

If, you are homeowner or a contractor and you need help with the log assembly part of your log package, we offer that as well.

We offer TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE where we will teach you and your crew how to assemble the log home. We can send from 1 to 6 men who will blend in with your crew and go to work teaching along the way. If you are new to the log world and need lots of help, the best option for you is to get a pre-built milled log home and have us log it on-site; get some TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE and you can go from there.

We have C & C steel fabricating shop, certified weld shop, for structural or decretive steel components, powder coating and/or hot-dipped galvanized are options if needed. We offer Eagle panels, Schaco, screws, stains and sealers. Just about everything you as a homeowner/-builder need to build a log home.

For commercial clientele, the objective is to provide a professional and educated staff to assist the commercial industry to attain their goal, which is a commercial structure using high quality stable product. ACS Log Build has several building methods and products to choose from to ensure the log package will be both structurally and aesthetically pleasing.

PRICING
Whether you are a homeowner or builder/contractor, you'll be hard pressed to find better prices. We do not publish prices due to the up and down nature of commodity building material costs, so we price each job at the current market price, not what we think the market is going to do in the future. This practice saves you, the homeowner/builder/contractor, a lot of money.
